The Development

Highlands of Netherwood is a new residential development comprised of a total of 76.12 acres, located south of W. Netherwood Road and north of County Highway CC in the Village of Oregon, Wisconsin. When fully developed, the phased project will consist of  124 single-family residential lots, 21 villas, 9 cottage homes, and a community park. Phase IA of the project will consist of 30 single-family lots and 9 cottage homes. Phase IB will consist of 21 villas. In phase II 28 single-family lots will be completed, 38 single-family lots in Phase III, and 28 single-family lots in Phase IV.
